Welcome to joya9 ("the Platform", "we", "our", "us"). joya9 is an English-language online casino and sports betting information platform operated for the benefit of Malaysian users. The Platform provides information, guides, bonus comparisons and account-management education for adults who participate in online gambling entertainment.

This Agreement applies to all visitors, registered account holders and any person who interacts with any component of the joya9 website located at https://joya9.cam (the "Site"). Use of the Site from any device — including mobile phones commonly used in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam and other Malaysian locations — constitutes unconditional acceptance of this Agreement.

These Terms & Conditions are to be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which forms part of the overall binding agreement between you and joya9.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

• "Account" — a registered user profile created on the Platform by an eligible individual.
• "Balance" — the total of Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds held within an Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits or free-play value awarded under the terms of a qualifying promotion.
• "Real Money Funds" — currency deposited by the Account Holder using an accepted payment method, expressed in MYR.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount a user must wager before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age-verification process required before certain Account actions are permitted.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country, state or territory in which participation on the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• "Operator" — the entity responsible for managing the joya9 Platform and related services.
• "User" / "You" — any individual who accesses, browses or registers on the Platform.

3.1 — Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on joya9, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of a corporate entity;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director or agent of joya9 or any of its affiliated entities;
• You are not self-excluded from any online gambling platform or subject to a voluntary exclusion order;
• You have not previously had an Account terminated by joya9 for breach of these Terms.

3.2 — Jurisdiction Responsibility

It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether accessing and using online gambling services is lawful in your country or region. joya9 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or legally available in all jurisdictions. If you are located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction, you must not use the Platform.

4.1 — Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on joya9. Creating duplicate or multiple Accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

4.2 — Accurate Information

You must provide complete, accurate and current information when registering an Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and telephone number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

4.3 — Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password or one-time PINs with any third party. joya9 will never request your full password via email, live chat or telephone support. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility unless you notify us promptly of unauthorised access.

4.4 — KYC Verification

joya9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including at registration, prior to any withdrawal, or during a routine compliance review. Acceptable documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, driving licence, or passport, together with supporting proof of address dated within three (3) months. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in Account restrictions.

5.1 — Deposit Policy

All deposits must be made from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in Account suspension pending investigation. Minimum deposit thresholds apply as published on the relevant deposit-information pages and may vary by payment method. joya9 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

5.2 — Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification, fulfilment of any applicable Wagering Requirements, and confirmation that the withdrawal method matches the original deposit method where required. Processing times vary by method; standard processing is typically completed within 24–72 hours following approval. joya9 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.

5.3 — Currency

The functional currency of the Platform is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Where cryptocurrency deposits are accepted under a specific promotion, the equivalent MYR value is calculated at the prevailing conversion rate at the time of receipt and is subject to change without notice.

6.1 — General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers issued by joya9 are subject to specific terms that override and supplement these general Terms & Conditions. Bonus-specific terms will state the applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier, qualifying game categories, minimum odds restrictions (for sports bets), expiry period and maximum withdrawal limit derived from bonus winnings.

6.2 — Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus credits must be wagered the applicable number of times before a withdrawal request for associated winnings will be approved. Wagering on excluded games, voided bets, or bets below published minimum odds does not count towards Wagering Requirements. The Wagering Requirement counter resets if an Account balance falls to zero before the requirement is met.

6.3 — Abuse of Promotions

joya9 reserves the right to withhold, reverse or cancel any bonus or associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, coordinated betting, arbitrage activity or use of automated systems. Accounts found to be in breach of this clause may be permanently closed.

6.4 — One Bonus Per Household

Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available once per household, IP address and device. joya9 employs automated detection methods to identify and prevent multiple claims from the same source.

7.1 — Random Outcomes

Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems where applicable. joya9 makes no representation that any particular outcome will occur within any defined period. Published RTP percentages represent long-term statistical averages and are not a guarantee of return in any individual session.

7.2 — Sports Betting Markets

Betting markets including EPL fixtures, Liga Super Malaysia matches, UFC events and esports titles are subject to individual market rules published alongside the respective event. In the event of a technical error, system failure or incorrect market pricing, joya9 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.

7.3 — Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, communication error or technical failure during active play, joya9 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the applicable stake to the Account Balance. No claim for winnings based on a malfunctioned game session will be honoured.

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following activities while using joya9:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent personal information;
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, vulnerabilities or loopholes for personal gain;
• Using automated tools, bots or scripts to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion or any form of cheating in connection with sports markets;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or attempting to use the Platform for money laundering;
• Sharing access credentials with third parties or allowing minors to access your Account;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing communication with joya9 support staff;
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the Platform, its source code or backend systems.

All content published on the joya9 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, user interface elements, layout structures, game guides and editorial copy — is the exclusive intellectual property of joya9 or its licensed content providers. No part of the Site may be reproduced, modified, distributed, published, transmitted, displayed or adapted without the prior written consent of joya9.

The joya9 name and logo are trademarks of the Operator. Unauthorised use of these marks in connection with any product or service is prohibited and may constitute infringement under applicable intellectual property law.

10.1 — No Guarantee of Winnings

Gambling involves inherent financial risk. joya9 does not guarantee any outcome, return or profit from any game, bet or promotional activity. All decisions to participate are made voluntarily by the Account Holder at their sole risk.

10.2 — Service Availability

joya9 endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not warrant that the Site will be free from interruption, delay, error or omission. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, joya9 shall not be liable for any loss arising from Platform unavailability, data loss or technical malfunction beyond our reasonable control.

10.3 — Consequential Loss

In no event shall joya9, its directors, officers, employees or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising out of your access to or use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such loss.

joya9 is committed to promoting responsible participation. Account Holders are encouraged to make use of available responsible gambling tools, which may include deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion facilities. Gambling should remain entertainment. If you believe your gambling behaviour is causing harm to yourself or others, please seek support promptly. You are bound by the terms set out in our Responsible Gambling Policy as a condition of using this Platform.

12.1 — By joya9

joya9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its discretion — with or without prior notice — in the event of suspected breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, provision of false information, or for regulatory compliance reasons.

12.2 — By the Account Holder

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting joya9 support. Upon closure requests, any outstanding Real Money Balance (subject to pending KYC or withdrawal conditions) will be returned to you using your original payment method. Bonus Funds outstanding at closure are forfeited.

12.3 — Self-Exclusion Requests

If you wish to self-exclude due to concerns about problem gambling, joya9 will action your request promptly. Self-exclusion periods and conditions are governed by our Responsible Gambling Policy. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new Account is a breach of this Agreement.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which joya9 is registered and licensed to operate. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising under this Agreement.

Users accessing joya9 from Malaysia acknowledge that certain online gambling activities may be subject to Malaysian law and regulation. It remains your personal responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful under the applicable laws of Malaysia.

joya9 reserves the right to amend, update or replace this Agreement at any time. Revisions will be published on this page with an updated review date. Where amendments are material, joya9 will endeavour to notify registered Account Holders via the registered email address on file. Continued use of the Platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly.
